How To Install Blackberry Apps

Read First!!!

Things you must know before download themes/applications…

1. Files that you will see:

    -file: .zip .rar .7z -> extract with winzip/winrar/7zip

    -file: .COD -> Compiled Java Code (the core of apps/themes)

    -file: .JAD -> Java Application descriptor

    -file: .ALX -> Blackberry Appliacation Loader file

inside the apps/themes minimum content: 1 .cod + 1 .alx + 1 .jad

it is possible to have more than 1 file .cod for a theme

2. How To Install Blackberry Apps:

a. file .ALX + .COD

    use Desktop Manager – application loader – choose: Add/Remove apps -> browse to the folder contain    the files

    (make sure your Blackberry connected to Desktop Manager and the files ALX+COD are placed in one folder)

b. file .JAD + .COD

    copy all files to the sdcard of your blackberry

    (make sure all in one folder)

    then in your blackberry open MEDIA -> Explore -> browse to folder where you saved the files and find the .JAD files -> open the file & choose download

c.only file .JAD

    This is the O.T.A (over the air) link, just download it from your blackberry

3. How to uninstall:

    From Blackberry: Option->(advance)application->choose apps/themes that you want to remove->press MENU->DELETE

    From Desktop Manager: Application loader->Add/Remove Application
